Operators rely on it as the system of record for what is happening on the viewer device, and the long-running time-series record is the surface teams come back to when they need to know what actually happened.
Where Streamwake compounds it
Conviva owns the measurement layer; Streamwake owns the closed-loop decision layer above it. We sit upstream of Conviva on the same signal bus and run detect → correlate → remediate → verify → document on the QoE and engagement stream Conviva produces, without disturbing the Conviva pipeline itself.
